A little finger-painting in the morning with the kids and a little pill selling in the afternoon and evening.  Cozy!
AZ Central reports an Arizona elementary teacher is facing drug charges after Lake Havasu City police say she was selling prescription pills.

The News-Herald reports (http://goo.gl/rKv4Pp) that Stefanie Courson was arrested Friday following a month-long undercover operation.

Authorities say that an undercover detective bought Xanax and Morphine pills from Courson on several occasions.

The 42-year-old Courson was charged with the sale of dangerous drugs, sale of narcotic drugs, sale of prescription only drugs, and possession of prescription only drugs.

Officials say Courson is a kindergarten teacher at Havasupai Elementary School in Lake Havasu City.

Also arrested was 43-year-old Michael Stucker. He is facing a number of drug charges.
Courson and Stucker are at the Lake Havasu City jail pending their initial appearances.
It was not known if either had attorneys.

Maybe the teacher’s union will argue this case for why teachers need higher pay?
