Kudos to the Norwalk police for their dogged pursuit to get their man!
Connecticut New 12 reports police have made an arrest in a cold case from more than 20 years ago.
Norwalk police say DNA evidence led them to Osvaldo Muniz, of Bridgeport. Muniz is accused of breaking into a 19-year-old woman's house in Norwalk back in August of 1988. He allegedly kidnapped the woman at knifepoint, then sexually assaulted her on a neighbor's lawn.
Police arrested Muniz at his home yesterday....
